It's Finally Time

Welcome back to Pop’s Garage.

This weekend I will have my very first opportunity to drive down the drag strip at the San Antonio Raceway. I look forward to this as I hope to learn new skills and see what i can do. I will also be starting on data logging my car and trying to figure out what i can do to make it run better. I know my car is currently a turd to say the least. But almost any car can be tuned to run better and faster. And i figure there is only one way to really learn how to do this and that is by trial and error. I suspect thats why “they” call it “Test and Tune”...

With all that i look forward to this. If anyone wants to contribute to my racing either in skill , knowledge or money, I will gladly accept the help.

I will post my time slips next week and let y’all I did.
